Experience (Yr.)

Min 3 years experience in technical sales

• Previous experience in Institutional Sales required
• Exposure in Powder Coatings, Automotive, Construction Chemicals would be an added plus

Key Deliverables of this role

• Manage and handle key industrial clients. Along with Technical Service Engineer support account in terms of technical service, coordinating supply chain, manage receivables
• New Business Development- Introduction of new products to key accounts/ Breaking into important new customers

‘Must have’ functional competencies

• Manage collections and maintain clean accounts
• Indian Light vehicle driving license mandatory. International/GCC License would be an added advantage

Critical personality attributes

• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Should have good inter-personnel skills.

Possible growth avenues for a successful incumbent: Broader roles in Unit.:

• Scope of growing into a Sr. Exec Sales role in a 2-3 year horizon.

• The gross salary will be in the range of OMR 700.
